- This gathering brought together social leaders, non-profit organizations, cultural and social collectives from Moravia, San Cristóbal, and Manrique in Medellín. Similarly, it also featured the participation of volunteers from Grupo Argos, participants of the Emprender Mujer program, suppliers, and over 150 high school seniors who have been involved for over a year in purpose-driven mentoring and training programs.
- Through such initiatives, the Creamos Valor Social program of Grupo Argos seeks to foster connections that subsequently translate into sustainable development actions among different stakeholders in the city, and to provide training opportunities to enhance social leadership skills.
As part of the ongoing initiatives of the Creamos Valor Social program by the Grupo Empresarial Argos in Medellín, and with the aim of fostering new spaces for growth, education, and development for leaders from various areas of the city, a free conference was held on Tuesday, August 8th. This conference saw the participation of over 450 individuals, including social and community leaders from Moravia, San Cristóbal, and Manrique, participants of the Emprender Mujer program, suppliers, volunteers from the Business Group, and over 150 high school seniors from Colegio Fe y Alegría in Moravia who are engaged in mentoring and purpose-driven training programs.
Led by Nicolás Mejía, an entrepreneur in the automotive sector, a member of multiple boards of directors, and a speaker in the city, the event took place at the Teatro Metropolitano. It provided attendees with the opportunity to connect with their life purpose and gain access to easily applicable tools for achieving success both on a personal and professional level.

About Creamos Valor Social
Creamos Valor Social is a program of Grupo Argos designed to contribute to job creation, strengthen the economic fabric, and drive social transformation in Medellín. To date, more than 132,000 people have directly benefited, and an additional 161,800 have benefited indirectly.
