Grupo Argos recognized as one of the best Places to work in Colombia, according to Computrabajo’s Best Workplaces Ranking

  • This year, over 38,800 companies in Colombia were evaluated as part of the ranking, which collected more than 45 million reviews.
  • The assessment considered key dimensions such as work environment, leadership, compensation, and opportunities for professional development.
  • More than 1,820 employees within the Argos Business Group have benefited from promotions or internal mobility across the organization, directly enhancing their professional growth.

In line with its talent strategy focused on well-being, professional development, and the strengthening of leadership capabilities among its employees, Grupo Argos has been recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Colombia, according to the Best Workplaces survey by Computrabajo, which highlights the country’s top companies in terms of work environment.

In its eighth edition, the survey gathered more than 45 million reviews from users of the employment platform, who evaluated aspects such as work environment, leadership, compensation, and career and growth opportunities. In 2025, more than 38,800 companies were evaluated, positioning Grupo Argos as a leading employer in the country.

Jorge Mario Velásquez, President of Grupo Argos, was also recognized by the ranking as the Best CEO in Colombia, highlighting the crucial role of business leaders in sharing and inspiring talent with a forward-looking organizational vision.
