During 2021 Grupo Argos launched a series of initiatives with the purpose of contributing to the well-being of its employees in the midst of the juncture, with actions to protect the health and life of employees and their families, such as the internal vaccination plan, with a range of 19,000 doses of the biological against Covid-19 for employees and families. Likewise, a support system was established in partnership with the Pablo Tobón Uribe Hospital to provide psychological support during the most critical moments of the pandemic, as well as a set of alternatives that sought for the well-being of the more than 13,000 employees of this organization.
