

Grupo Argos delivers five new homes donated to families in the Siete Vueltas village in San Juan de Urabá
22 July 2021- The construction was carried out under a sustainable model that seeks to take advantage of natural lighting and distribute the spaces to make the most of them and meet the needs of rural families.
- The project was developed in partnership with the Apostolado La Aguja Foundation and employed more than 30 people from this community in Urabá Antioqueño.
- The beneficiary families were prioritized taking into account the critical infrastructure conditions of their previous homes.
Grupo Argos delivered new homes to five families from the Siete Vueltas district, in the municipality of San Juan de Urabá, Antioquia. This project was possible thanks to the solidarity of the company’s shareholders, who, instead of receiving the traditional gift at the General Shareholders’ Meeting, chose to execute a project with high impact and social benefit.
The houses delivered by Grupo Argos are equipped with three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a clothing patio, a terrace and a waiting area for livestock. Its construction was carried out under a sustainable model developed by Cementos Argos in which it seeks to take advantage of natural lighting and distribute the spaces to meet the needs of rural families.
