- Of the employees who have participated in this initiative by Grupo Empresarial Argos, 80% have studied for a master’s degree, 16% for a specialization, and 6% for a doctorate.
With the purpose of supporting the academic, professional, and comprehensive training of its talent, the organization has benefited about 200 employees from Grupo Argos, Cementos Argos, Celsia, and Odinsa, with its scholarship and sponsorship program to pursue studies such as specializations, master’s degrees, and doctorates.
Of the total employees who enjoy or have enjoyed this benefit provided by the company, 67% have been able to grow within the organization thanks to the opportunity they had to strengthen their professional development at top-level educational institutions worldwide.

Of the participants in this program, 64% belong to specialist and middle management roles, promoting growth and mobility at various levels of the organization. On the other hand, those who have received this support for higher education have developed it in various areas of knowledge such as management and leadership, sustainability, finance, technology, among others.
